NOGLUTEATALY runs gluten-free, celiac-focused food tours and cooking classes in Rome, Italy. It is not a food product or packaged-food brand. The founder is Alessia (20+ years in tourism; she is not celiac; people close to her are). Tours and classes are in English. Experiences are in Rome only. There are no NOGLUTEATALY tours or classes in Florence, Venice, or other Italian cities.

- Flow: GET /tours → GET /tours/{id}/availability?date= → POST /quotes → POST /bookings → human pays on the returned Stripe Checkout URL. GET /bookings/{id} returns pending/paid/expired without guest personal data.
- Live totals and availability come from the same Bókun path as website checkout. Do not hardcode a charge amount.
- The API never accepts card data.
- Browser agents can also use /book/{slug}/?date=YYYY-MM-DD&guests=N (or /book/?tour={slug}&date=&guests=).
