Data you send us
- Contact form: first name, last name, email, phone, and message. The site emails that enquiry (via Brevo when configured) to reservations@nogluteataly.com.
- Booking checkout: name, email, phone, guest count, date, and payment are collected so we can confirm a tour. Card payments are processed by Stripe. After payment, the booking is confirmed in Bókun.
- Affiliate / partner cookies: a first-touch referral cookie
ngt_affiliate_refmay be set if you arrive through a partner link. Staff and partner dashboard logins use session cookies on/admin/and/partners/only.
What we do not do here
This site does not publish a customer account area for guests. We do not sell mailing lists from this page. Newsletter signup is not part of the current Next.js contact form.
How long we keep data
Booking records are kept as needed to run the experience and accounting. Contact messages are kept long enough to reply. Exact retention periods are not documented in the repo.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you can complain to a supervisory authority. Email reservations@nogluteataly.com to start.
